Merchandising Manager (Garment)
 

Job Responsibilities:-

• Be able to follow up each step from product development, marketing and production;
• Lead a small merchandising team to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities;
• Oversees daily operations of product development and bulk production;
• Good communication skills with factories, suppliers and customers; maintain good customer relationship to meet the different needs in a competitive way;
• Self-motivated, hardworking, detailed mind and a good team player;
• Good knowledge in using MS office, excel both English and Chinese;
• Good command of speaking and writing English and Mandarin;

Requirements: ;

• 10 years or above experience in garment industry; specially in sportwear, teamwear in UK / European market
• Knowledge in raw material sourcing, styling & development;
• Independent, detail-oriented, good communication & negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in PC operation (MS Excel, Word & Chinese processing);
• Hardworking, energetic, flexible and time management;
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel in China and overseas.
