Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser – Lighting Products

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from sample development to shipment, ensuring accurate and timely execution
• Liaise with overseas customers and China suppliers on orders and inquiries
• Collaborate with Sales and QA teams to address technical issues and enhance product design
• Negotiate pricing and manage supplier quotations in line with company strategy
• Evaluate suppliers and support improvement and business growth initiatives

• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested
   

Requirements

• Tertiary level education
• At least 5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in Lighting or related industries, with knowledge of European markets, including discounter businesses
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills, with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus)
• Reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
• Skilled in MS Office applications
• Open to occasional travel to Mainland China

• Less experienced candidates may be considered for a junior Merchandiser role
