Marketing Officer

About the role

This full-time Marketing Officer role at OneStart Group offers an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic marketing and communications team. Based in Lai Chi Kok, you will play a key part in developing and implementing marketing strategies to raise the company's profile and drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media

• Producing high-quality content such as articles, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral

• Manage social media accounts and campaigns

• Apply UI/UX principles in web design and use web publishing tools (WordPress) for content management

• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Handle weekly reports on marketing strategies and performance metrics

• Analyse data to access the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the company's marketing efforts

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

• Supporting the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• Degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines

• 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the Public Relations & Corporate Affairs industry

• Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling messages

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including UI/UX, WordPress, social media, SEO, SEM, Google Analytic

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

• Good organisation and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Passion for marketing and a proactive, innovative mindset

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Marketing Manager

• Immediate available is highly preferred
