Marketing Officer / Assistant Officer

Job Descriptions 

• Support the full spectrum of marketing campaigns and activities for the hotel business in Hong Kong and Mainland China 

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to produce effective marketing materials 

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives (social media, website, digital campaigns) to boost brand awareness and engagement 

• Create and update content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, XiaoHongShu, etc.) 

• Monitor and respond to online guest reviews to ensure positive reputation management 

• Track and report on marketing campaign results 

• Support ad hoc projects as required 

Requirements 

• Degree or Diploma holder in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Media, eCommerce or relevant disciplines 

• 1 – 3 years of marketing experience and relevant experience in hospitality industry is an absolute advantage; 

• Good communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skill 

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 

• Detail-minded, well-organized and creative 

• Appointees may need to travel to Mainland China occasionally
