Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, integrated proposals that include innovative concepts, detailed budgets, manpower planning, production, and logistics, tailored to impactful sports events and campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and execute sports events, wellness activities, and marketing campaigns that inspire communities and promote healthy living, while liaising with clients to ensure smooth coordination.
• Design and implement marketing strategies that amplify the FOODSPORT brand, including brand-building campaigns, promotions, and engaging content for digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Websites, eDM, etc.).
• Identify and collaborate with potential business partners to explore joint promotion opportunities that align with our mission.
• Pitch for new business opportunities to grow FOODSPORT’s reach and impact.
• Assist the Program Manager and management team with administrative tasks.
• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned, contributing your creativity and passion for sports.

Requirements:

• Education: Tertiary education or above in Communications, Business, Event Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of solid experience in planning and managing sports events or working in event/marketing agencies is highly preferred.

• Passion & Belief: A strong belief in the power of sports to create positive change and bridge gaps in society.

• Skills & Traits:

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and hard-working, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to change, with a strong market sense and a proactive attitude.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently, offering advice and support to colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication, public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, etc., is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Knowledge of graphic design and editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere is an advantage.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to travel to various districts in Hong Kong on weekday evenings and weekends to bring events to life.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Marketing Executive role.
