Marketing Executive/Marketing Assistant - Spirits Division

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly report to Brand Manager, assist in handling the assigned alcoholic brands
• Assist in implementation and execution of marketing activities according to the brand plan
• Plan and execute trade promotions, and promotion mechanics
• Work closely with the sales team on supporting the trade
• Liaise with agencies and production house for production of marketing materials and event management
• Build network with media, influential and KOLs.
• Liaise with PG agency on promoter schedule; field trip during promotion and events as required
• Handle marketing administrative works including reporting, A&P claims and inventory control
• Other duties as directed by manager

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• 1 year work experience in marketing. Preferably in FMCG or ad. agency
• Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced environment, highly organized, able to multi-task across multiple brands
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, sensitive to numbers
• Can do-attitude, event support and during night as required
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese required
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience may also be considered.
