Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities

l   Assist in implementation of the marketing and PR campaigns;

l   Provide support to the production of marketing collaterals, working closely with design houses, advertising agencies and other printing production companies in the scope of budget and media planning and handling, tasks co-ordination, quotation bargaining and jobs monitoring;

l   Maintain and update the company’s website and manage social media platforms;

l   Assist in the membership activities, maintain its database and handle the enquiries;

l   Provide administrative support for the marketing team.

Requirement

l   University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Art and Cultural Management or other related disciplines. Fresh graduates will be considered;

l   An interest in exploring the career in the performing arts;

l   Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, initiative and creativity, with the ability to work independently and under pressure;

l   Well versed with design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Canva;

l   Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;

l   Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua an advantage.

Remuneration Package

Remuneration package commensurate with Candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Fringe benefits include annual leave, MPF and medical insurance.
