Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of Customer Service and administration work, including but not limited to

Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Follow up on order status and respond to customers promptly.

Develop and execute CRM promotional initiatives, including loyalty programs, to drive sales and upsell opportunities.

Cultivate collaborations with strategic partners for joint promotions.

Lead CRM campaigns/events and conduct post-campaign reviews to meet sales targets.
Provide administrative support to meet overall objectives.
To qualify, individual must:

Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM or Customer Service.

Experience and knowledge in database management, multi-channel chatbots and proficiency in Excel.

Self-motivated, creative thinker, detail-oriented, and has the initiative to deliver the best quality of work

Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Passion to flower is a bonus.
