We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager based in Hong Kong to develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance our brand, engage key audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative executor with a strong background in both marketing and communications, comfortable managing cross-channel campaigns and storytelling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning

Develop and drive integrated marketing plans aligned with the entire customer journey to maximize engagement and business impact.
Executive Communications
-
Develop and execute high-impact executive communication strategies.

Provide strategic counsel to executives on communication styles and opportunities to enhance influence.

Prepare talking points, briefing materials, and opinion pieces that effectively convey leadership vision and align with company strategy.
Content Development

Develop clear, compelling, and consistent messaging frameworks aligned with the company’s vision and strategy for both internal and external audiences.

Produce and oversee engaging, high-quality content across various formats such as videos, presentations, and other materials to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
Internal Communications

Design and deliver internal communication strategies that inform, inspire, and engage employees.

Manage internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, town halls, and video messages to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

Partner with HR, leadership, and functional teams to drive culture, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Media Relations and Crisis Communications

Build and nurture strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers to proactively secure positive coverage and manage media opportunities.

Lead the preparation of press releases, media statements, Q&As, and briefing materials.

Monitor media and social channels to identify potential risks and emerging issues, enabling rapid and effective responses by acting as the key liaison during crises—developing response plans, coordinating communications, and safeguarding the company’s reputation.
Social Media & Digital Marketing

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms.

Oversee content creation for digital campaigns, tracking performance through analytics and insights.

Stay ahead of emerging digital trends to ensure innovative and effective use of channels.
Event Planning & Management

Plan and manage corporate events, leadership engagements, press conferences, and industry forums.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality event experiences.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

8+ years of experience in marketing and communications, including content creation, and media relations.

Strong understanding of local market trends and digital marketing platforms.

Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
Highly proactive and creative, with excellent project management and organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
