Manager – Cyber Security (Risk Advisory Services)

Responsibilities

• Assess and review the existing protocols and security measures to ensure that they are effectively mitigating risk

• Manage cyber security projects to ensure that they are in compliance with company standards and local/regulatory requirements

• Improve the knowledge of cyber security for users and cyber security staff by providing awareness trainings and provide advice on security risks and controls

• Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures

• Conduct vulnerability scan or penetration test with widely recognized international framework and methodology to identify client’s cybersecurity loopholes

• Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision

• Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline

• Relevant certification in cybersecurity, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 lead auditor, OSCP, OSCE, CREST, CCASP would be an advantage

• At least 5 years’ experience of Cybersecurity either from an in-house or consultancy background

• Experience in data protection and cybersecurity, including C-RAF/iCAST, blue and red teaming, threat intelligence-based attack exercise, incident management, security incident response frameworks, and disaster recovery planning

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cybersecurity initiatives.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
