Logistics Officer

Job Description:

The person will manage all logistic and administrative aspects of contracts. This ranges from communication with both suppliers and customers, preparing required documents and other contract related tasks, obtaining shipping quotations and arranging bookings and follow-up of inventory management.

Responsibilities: 

Including but not limited to:
 

• Working in close co-operation with and report to sales manager
• Management of the entire logistic chain
• Communication with suppliers and customers related to delivery and other requirements
• Communication with 3rd party logistics service providers and warehouses
• Price negotiation with shipping companies for freight rate
• Organizing and handling all shipping and contract related documents, for example preparing packing list, invoices, COA, COO and other related documents
• Arranging samples of products to be sent on request
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• 2-5 years experience in shipping and logistics
• Able to work in multi-cultural environment
• Able to work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Able to identify, report and effectively solve problems
• Willing and able to work independently as well as with others
• Able to adjust to a fast paced and constant changing environment
• Clear communicator towards both colleagues and suppliers/customers
• Proficient in working with MS Office (excel)
• Proficient in English (English is the language used in the office), Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese, both spoken and written

Package:

5-day week, medical insurance, 13th month pay, performance bonus
