Logistics Officer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Logistics Officer to join our team at Triple Eagle Container Line Ltd in our Kwun Tong Kwun Tong District location. This is a full-time opportunity to play a key role in our dynamic warehousing, storage and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the efficient movement and storage of goods and materials within our distribution network
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as required to meet customer demands
• Optimise logistics and distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support logistics operations
• Assist with the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance our logistics capabilities

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in a logistics or supply chain role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in Customs regulations, Inventory , WMS system or Freight Fowarders , prefereable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements
• Good on English , Mandarin and Catonese both written and spoken
