Logistics Officer

Role & Responsibilities:

·         Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding in 3PL

·         Timely order of new/additional products according to ensure sufficient stock in the Hong Kong warehouse to avoid product shortages

·         Execute inventory transfer for in and out process in our systems. Ensure process perform with high efficiency and accuracy

·         Participate in perpetual inventory stock taking and inventory accuracy checks every month-end

·         Follow up on any delivery issues with PM Germany (Speyer) and PM-International APAC Headquarters

·         Knowledge of all inbound for HK and E-Commerce with Customs regulation and processing

·         Knowledge of Tradelink system for declaration

·         Assist to prepare periodic reports on orders, inventory and delivery

·         Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

·         Handle customer enquiry and provide appropriate solutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

·         Work on ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines

• At least 1 year solid experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing administration, preferably with ordering process experience in Direct Sales

• Possess a high level of attention to detail

• Self-starter, willingness to learn, improve and adapt

• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills

• Candidate with any warehouse-related work experience is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel

• Immediately available is preferred
