Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Description：

This role ensures smooth warehouse-to-door operations. You’ll work with couriers, track inventory, coordinate shipments, and optimize fulfillment flow.

Responsibilities：

• Coordinate daily shipping and pick-up schedules

• Liaise with courier partners (SF, J&T, Ninja Van etc.)

• Monitor warehouse stock levels and restocking

• Handle shipping documents, invoices, and returns

• Improve delivery lead times and customer satisfaction

Requirements：

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields

• Good knowledge of Hong Kong & SEA logistics

• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

• Experience in inventory or fulfillment systems is an advantage
