Logistics Coordinator (Fanling)

Working Location: Fanling

Working hours: Monday – Sunday, roster shift of 5 days

Morning shift: 0900-1800 / Afternoon shift: 1100-2000

Responsibilities

• Managing daily tasks and warehouse operations in cold chain warehouse
• Monitor operational processes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure daily operations comply with SOP, company standard & meet performance KPI
• Provide services to respond operation issues or enquiries by phone, internal messaging and emails with cross-functional teams
• Data input and generate reports for daily operations
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG, F&B, or catering industries
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Professional telephone manner in handling customers’ enquiries
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Ability to multi-tasking and meet deadlines
• Work independently and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in WMS is a plus
