(Channel Sales - Mini Program Solutions)

Job Responsibilities
  1. Channel Development & Management

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for Mini Program products, targeting partners including agents, distributors, and platform collaborators.
    • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales growth and loyalty.
    • Train and enable partners to ensure they can effectively sell and support Mini Program solutions.
  2. Key Account Sales

    • Independently manage enterprise clients (e.g., brands, retail chains, platform companies), identifying customized Mini Program needs (e.g., e-commerce, membership systems, marketing tools) and closing high-value deals.
    • Deliver tailored solutions to address client pain points, ensuring contract signing and repeat business.
  3. Target Achievement

      Meet assigned sales KPIs (GMV, client acquisition, payment collection, etc.), analyze performance data, and optimize strategies.
  4. Market Insight

      Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Mini Program space, providing feedback to refine product offerings.

Qualifications
  1. Experience

    • 5+ years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in channel sales or key account management. Experience selling SaaS, Mini Programs, e-commerce tools, or digital transformation solutions is a plus.

    • Familiarity with Mini Program ecosystems (WeChat, Alipay, Douyin, etc.) and proven success in Mini Program sales.
  2. Core Skills

    • Channel Building: Ability to establish and manage partner networks from scratch, with strong negotiation skills.

    • Enterprise Sales: Aptitude for understanding client workflows, designing customized solutions, and collaborating with technical/operations teams.

    • Data-Driven: Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies; proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, DingTalk).
