职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate key account by applying SOPs and KPIs
  • Ensure customers’ profiles are up-to-day, including contracts, contact lists, and SOPs
  • Gain insight into customers’ businesses and industries through regular communication to identify new opportunities
  • Review, formulate and execute new strategies to achieve business goals
  • Achieve business retention and extension KPIs
  • Leverage effective negotiation and sales strategies to engage with customers on pricing, solutions and follow-up services
  • Manage customer expectations, collaborate with the product and procurement teams to find solutions
  • Being the primary communication between the assigned overseas office and / or local operations and sales teams to resolve challenging cases
  • Conduct regular business review to identify ongoing improvement opportunities
  • Communicate with senior management effectively and liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare reports for management and customers’ review on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Sales, Key Account within Freight Forwarding and Logistics industries
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Sales-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Responsible, well-organized and proactive in building customer relationships with problem-solving mindset
