What is your mission?

  • Building out relationships with warm leads, traded demos and existing clients by providing exceptional client communication via calls/emails/social media, e.g. WhatsApp/Lines/WeChat.
  • Conducting KYC as an essential part of onboarding new clients.
  • Maintaining client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities.
  • Problem solving client queries in an efficient manner through your knowledge of our products and platform
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
  • Providing feedback from clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Using in-depth industry knowledge on developing new client channels and expanding business.


Who are we looking for?

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role within the finance industry, at least 1 year of FX broker experience is a must, with a proven track record in Sales.
  • Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader software will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional relationship with business partners and valuable clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (essential) in both English and Cantonese. We are looking for candidates who are native speakers of Cantonese and are originally from Hong Kong, to support regional clients in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Superior understanding of financial markets and trading strategy.
  • A solid understanding of fundamental and technical analysis.
  • Ability to manage the sales pipeline and meet multiple deadlines including sales targets. Open to continuous development and on the job training.
  • Committed to ongoing learning and development.
  • Please note this role is to be Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
