Role Description
Responsible for sales activities in assigned therapeutic area. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Manager to implement sales plans for respective products and support after-sale service.
- Manage Key account and provide customer services to medical professionals and clients.
- Promote key products and services to current and potential clients in Private Sectors.
- Collaborate with customers to create win-win relationship for both parties’ business growth.
- Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with the key opinion leaders, medical and pharmaceutical professionals.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, in turn achieve sales target.
- Maintain effective communication and good working relations with the Sales Manager, teammates, other sales teams and other related departments to ensure smooth operations and synergies.
- Planning work schedules and weekly timetables
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
Skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
- Energetic and open-minded
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, science related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Candidate with more experiences will consider as Key Account Manager
