JAVA Senior Engineer

JAVA高级工程师

主要职责：

1、负责游戏模块的系统和需求分析，功能设计，模块开发。

2、负责游戏核心系统的架构设计，对现有架构进行优化及性能调优。

3、负责解决各种复杂的技术问题及性能问题。



任职要求：

1、 全日制本科及以上学历，6年以上服务端开发经验,3年以上游戏开发经验,基本功扎实，精通Java，熟悉多种开发语言者优先。

2、 熟悉Linux 系统,精通MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、MQ、RocketMQ、Kafka的使用和调优，能独立设计数据库结构，优化DB层性能,熟悉Redis的常用数据类型和指令,有分析性能瓶颈的经验，擅长JavaEE分布式软件研发和项目管理；

3、 熟悉至少一种网络编程框架,对网络通信的原理和高级特性有深入的理解,有高并发场景下优化经验。

4、 对线程、进程、锁、复杂业务的分布式系统架构有深入理解。

5、 有项目优化经验优先；有中大型项目架构设计经验优先。

JAVA Senior Engineer

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for system and requirement analysis, functional design, and module development of game modules.

2. Responsible for the architecture design of the game core system, optimizing and optimizing the existing architecture for performance.

3. Responsible for solving various complex technical and performance issues.

Job requirements:

1. Full time bachelor's degree or above, with over 6 years of server-side development experience and over 3 years of game development experience. Solid basic skills, proficient in Java, and familiar with multiple development languages are preferred.

2. Familiar with Linux system, proficient in using and tuning MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, MQ, RocketMQ, Kafka, able to independently design database structure, optimize DB layer performance, familiar with common data types and instructions of Redis, experienced in analyzing performance bottlenecks, skilled in JavaEE distributed software development and project management;

3. Familiar with at least one network programming framework, with a deep understanding of the principles and advanced features of network communication, and experience in optimizing in high concurrency scenarios.

4. Have a deep understanding of distributed system architecture for threads, processes, locks, and complex businesses.

5. Experience in project optimization is preferred; Experience in architecture design for medium to large-scale projects is preferred.

6. Having good programming habits and code standards, strong ability to independently solve problems, good teamwork spirit, strong communication and collaboration skills, and able to withstand significant work pressure.
