Japanese-speaking Shop Sales (10:30-19:30)

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve and assist walk-in customers in the retail shop

• Support the team in organizing Jewelry exhibitionsand Watch exhibitions

• Assist with product data entry (e.g. product details, images, prices)

• Support the purchasing team in the buying process

• Help with negotiation and translation between customers and the purchaser regarding assessed prices

Requirements:

• Experience in B2C retail sales is preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcomed)

• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2), English, and Mandarin

• Interest in luxury goods, pre-owned items, or reuse product business

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
