We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused professional to manage and grow relationships with Japanese-speaking clients. This role involves delivering expert insurance advice, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

Exciting new role for you

·       Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective Japanese-speaking clients.

·       Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess clients’ insurance needs and future requirements.

·       Research, analyze, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

·       Negotiate favorable policy terms and premiums with insurers on behalf of clients.

·       Oversee the full lifecycle of insurance arrangements, including new cover, renewals, amendments, and claims.

·       Proactively manage policy renewals, premium collections, and provide ongoing advisory support.

·       Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of client documentation and records.

Requirements

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services.

·       Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese is mandatory; fluency in English and/or Cantonese is preferred.

·       Proven success in client-facing roles with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

·       High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
