IT System Architect

Job Overview:
As an IT System Architect, you will be responsible for bridging the company's operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China, ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems and smooth cross-border business processes. You will closely collaborate with various departments, understand business requirements, and design and implement corresponding IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

 1.     Cross-border Business Integration: Collaborate with business teams in Hong Kong and Mainland China to ensure seamless alignment between IT systems and business requirements. Research and understand cross-border business processes and demands, provide feasible IT solutions to support the company's business expansion in different regions.

 2.     System Architecture Design: Responsible for designing and planning IT system architecture, including network architecture, server architecture, and database architecture. Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security to accommodate business growth and changes.

 3.     Technology Selection and Integration:Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and software tools to meet company's business needs. Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems, while providing technical support and maintenance.

 4.     Project Management:Lead and participate in IT projects related to cross-border business, develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality standards and budget requirements.

 5.    System Optimization and Maintenance:Monitor and analyze the performance of IT systems, identify potential issues and bottlenecks, and propose improvement recommendations. Responsible for daily system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure system stability and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Experience working in a cross-border business environment, familiar with business processes and regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Excellent system architecture design and technology selection skills, able to provide innovative solutions. Familiarity with network architecture, server configuration, database management, and related technologies.
• Project management experience, capable of effectively managing project schedules and resources. And strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of quickly addressing system failures and technical challenges.
