IT Support Specialist (Network & System)

What You Will Do

• Provide 1st and 2nd technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, especially network, server and firewall issues
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix system and network problems.
• Assist in handling users queries about applications and systems
• Provide support to video conference and meeting
• Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve issues
• Keep track of status and frequently communicate with stakeholders of Service Requests and Incidents from case start-to-end
• Escalate complex issues to supplier within the agreed service levels
• Document and maintain records of all support activities

Work Location

Work in Wan Chai District (5 Days Work)

What We Require

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in PC and server support, as well as LAN/WAN networking equipment, including network devices such as Wi-Fi, routers, network switches, and firewalls is required
• Strong communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Cantonese required.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

What We Prefer

• Experience with Virtualization, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office 365, Linux systems, and security technologies will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with video conferencing and telephone systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Holder of CCNA / MCSA / Azure Administrator Associate certificates would be an advantage
• Fluency in Mandarin will be advantageous.

• Immediate available is preferred.
