IT Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
• Develop and execute a digital roadmap covering process digitization, customer experience optimization, and data-driven innovation.
• Ensure system reliability, compatibility, and adaptability to support rapid business growth.
• Oversee daily system operations, establish robust incident management, disaster recovery, and cost optimization processes.
• Manage ERP, CRM, OA, and other enterprise system deployments.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies to mitigate cyber risks.
• Evaluate and manage external IT partners to support innovation and project delivery.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT management, with a track record in digital transformation. Experience in asset management/fintech IT leadership preferred.
• Expertise in cloud computing, big data, AI, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong project management skills (PMP certification a plus) and excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, can work independently.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a focus on business continuity.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher position.
