IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current IT strategies and infrastructure aligned with our business and industry, with a vision to support long term business growth.
• Maintain the TMS system, ensuring operational excellence.
• Provide IT, network, and security support to Hong Kong office.
• Manage vendor relationships, review and negotiate contracts, ensure system stability and adherence to service level agreements.
• Responsible for managing across current vendor systems, data architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a freight forwarding company.
• Hands-on project management experience, with analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
