IT Infrastructure System Support Engineer (5 day work weeks)

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or above in IT related discipline.
• Minimum 5-year experience in a IT Infrastructure Engineer / Support role.
• Hands-on experience on desktop migration, Win11, Windows Server a must. VDI, Cloud environment design and implementation an advantage but not a must, with VBA skill is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of lotus notes and migration experience a plus.
• Good all-rounded tech skills on desktop support and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Presentable, with excellent customer service oriented mindset, interested in dealing with people a must.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill.
• Good command in written & spoken English and Cantonese.
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have: Design, illustrate and manage network and system diagram and documentation.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Monitor and configure of M365 Product.
• Provide IT infrastructure support and troubleshooting.
• Perform Window/or Linux system support and Cisco networking including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade, system monitoring and health checks.
• Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
• Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications.
• Documentation for the system / network and changes.
• Handling server setup, implementation and troubleshooting and Active Directory administration.
• PC/Laptop/Printer hardware, Windows Desktop, MS Office & Business Applications, VDI , VMWare experience.
• Server administration, Active Directory maintenance (add/delete user/group policy).
• Networking troubleshooting and project documentation.
• Handle patching individually.
• Work as part of a team on IT with hands-on implementation.
