IT Governance Manager

Responsibilities:

• To be a team member of Information Technology Department.
• Assist supervisor in developing a reliable IT governance framework, maintaining high-level standard on IT service management and promoting continuous improvement.
• Assist supervisor in reviewing and enhancing IT governance framework to support the achievement of corporate strategy and objectives.
• Design, develop and implement IT governance related policies, processes and guideline to maintain a proactive conformance and oversight program.
• Facilitate communication across IT Department and business units on IT governance initiatives.
• Drives alignment across IT to single standards and provide holistic view to facilitate office automation using intelligent tools.
• Be innovative and clear mind-set to purpose ideas to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Implement and execute annual training plan for department staff.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Information Technology, Computer Science related subjects.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in information technology management or IT governance, risk and compliance.
• Extensive experience in System recovery and resilience planning with Sound knowledge in technology risk management and compliance with regulations.
• Solid experience in project planning & management
• Sound knowledge on policy and procedure writing.
• Experience in Operational Resilience framework development is definitely an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in English is preferable; can speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.
• Self-driven and flexible with high motivation.
• Sound knowledge in MS Project / Excel / Visio / PowerPoint / MIS Reporting.
• Familiar to regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-G-1, TM-G-2, OR-2), PDPO, PCI-DSS etc. is preferable.
