We are a well-established online retailer. Now we seek for an Warehouse & Inventory Clerk to meet our business needs.
Job Duties:
- Inventory related general clerical work , including preparing picking & packing documents , preparing DHL & Fedex airway bills , Input inventory in and out data, and etc
- Assist in placing order to manufactures
- ad-hoc issues
- 主要負責倉庫出貨有關的文職工作 : 電腦輸入出入庫數量, 輸入DHL & Fedex 寄貨運輸文件資料, 打印貨物清單
協助跟進工廠訂貨單
Requirements:
- Must be careful, patient,responsible and work under pressure
- Have teamwork spirit, as most of the tasks are as an assistant
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word
- Immediately available is preferred
性格必須細心、有耐性、不怕悶和有責任心,能快速反應
- 團隊合作性強,因此職位大多數團隊合作性質
- 熟悉電腦操作,特別是MS Excel, Word
