Job Description / 工作職責
- Record daily stock movement and update inventory records.
- Prepare monthly stock report and reconciliation.
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
- Maintain filing and support audit preparation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock accuracy.
- 記錄每日存貨出入及更新庫存資料。
- 準備每月庫存報告及核對帳目。
- 負責輸入會計資料及文件整理。
- 協助審核準備及會計月結工作。
- 與倉庫及物流部門協調確保存貨準確。
Requirements / 入職要求
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above.
- 1–2 years accounting or clerical experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic Excel skills and numeric sense.
- Responsible, organized, willing to learn.
- Good communication in Cantonese and simple English.
- 中五 / DSE 或以上學歷。
- 一至兩年會計或文職經驗(歡迎應屆畢業生)。
- 基本 Excel 技能及數字概念。
- 有責任心、細心、有學習精神。
良好粵語及簡單英語溝通能力。
