Responsibilities:

1. Implement integrated project management, and be responsible for the communication and coordination of project plans and issues related to schedule, quality, and safety.
2. Have an in-depth understanding of the contract scope and client requirements, and be able to lead the team to propose project delivery plans and technical solutions, and being responsible for the management, monitoring, and implementation of these plans and solutions.
3. Be responsible for the coordination and management of relevant clients, team members, and suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of the project and to be accountable for client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software engineering, electronics, automation, data processing, communication, or related fields.
2. Proficient in project management theory, familiar with the processes and methodologies of large-scale software and hardware integration projects; possess leadership skills, able to comprehensively supervise project progress, and have on-site supervision, management, and coordination capabilities. Able to reasonably control the execution and delivery processes of the project, and possess outstanding management capabilities.
3. Five or more years of relevant work experience, with experience and certification in Huawei or Cisco data communication products being preferred.
4. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive work style, good teamwork spirit, and the ability to withstand significant work pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with the ability to read English contracts and conduct work communication.
