I.T Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and optimize our IT infrastructure services. This role will oversee the deployment of new systems, manage vendor contracts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management experience, and the ability to lead a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, ensuring optimal performance and operational excellence.

• Infrastructure Development: Design, develop, and implement corporate-wide IT infrastructure solutions, including LANs, WANs, and cloud services, VMware, Cisco, AWS Firewall, Storage, Server

• Service Delivery: Develop and implement service delivery strategies that meet SLAs and best practices, monitoring performance and providing reports to management.

• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with policies.

• Change Management: Oversee the IT change management process for projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

• Technical Oversight: Conduct site audits, ensuring compliance with technical standards and identifying areas for improvement.

• Policy Development: Establish and enforce IT infrastructure policies and procedures to maintain a stable IT environment.

• Support & Training: Provide support and training for end-users, ensuring they effectively utilize IT resources.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, ITIL, PMP) is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and teams.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components (cloud, servers, networks, storage) and familiarity with network security technologies.

• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
