Job Description:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, salary and benefits, personnel administration, annual assessment etc.
• Work closely with frontline managers and department heads on manpower planning, hiring needs, strategy and staff issues.
• Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures with management team.
• Coordinate and handle different HR / ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in HR operations. Exposure to fashion/lifestyle retail industry is a MUST.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Hong Kong employment laws and practices. 
• Pleasant personality with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible, innovative with strong business mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
