职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all-round office administration duties
  • Assist in handling full spectrum of HR support but not limited to payroll, MPF and tax filing, compensation & benefits, leave and training record, recruitment
  • Maintain staff record and update data in HRIS
  • Provide general administrative support for project and daily operation
  • Perform system update and regular follow-up order or service status
  • Handle the assigned ad-hoc projects or tasks as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 2 years relevant working experiences in HR & Administration area
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Detail-minded, responsible, hardworking, teamwork oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR and Admin. Officer
  • Immediately / Short Notice is preferred

 

Working hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm
