*High COMMISSION* Senior/ Travel Consultant/Assistant Account Manager - Cruise

Responsibilities:

• Offer travel consultancy services to clients, including cruise, flight, and hotel bookings.
• Design pre- and post-cruise tour itineraries and coordinate onboard experiences for VIP guests.
• Provide opportunities for overseas travel and experiences with cruise lines.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 -5 years relevant experience in Travel agency, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Possess recognized ticketing certificate of Abacus or Amadeus system
• Hands-on experience in reservation, ticketing and cruise booking skills
• Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Travel Consultants / Assistant Account Manager
