Head Chef / Sous Chef [Korean Cuisine]

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of kitchen efficiently
• Develop new dishes and maintain, optimise stock levels to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen
• Make sure food quality, portion size, and presentations meet company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area and equipment

Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years +’ relevant experience in kitchen setting experience, including reputable Korean cuisine restaurant experience prefer
• With relevant kitchen management experience is a must
• Proven people management skills
• Team player with positive attitude
• Permanent HKID card holder
