Core Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about products, services, and promotions.
• Handle exchanges and returns

Retail Excellence

• Execute daily VM: window displays, monthly rotations
• Product care: polishing, defect monitoring
• Store upkeep: cleanliness, ambiance, fixture maintenance

Operations

• Manage CRM profiles and weekly performance reports
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishments
• Coordinate dispatch

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience (fashion/jewelry preferred)
• Documented high-value sales success
• Meticulous VM and product-handling skills
• Trilingual: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
