Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a senior R&D team member to design and implement forex trading related systems
- Optimize and enhance existing code for improved performance and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in trading technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a software developer, focusing on C#, Node.js, React, Rust, LLM implementation
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles
- Familiarity with and MT4/MT5 trading concepts is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent mentoring skills to guide junior staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
