Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

(1)Ensure all daily operations of securities & futures business compliance in meeting the liquid capital requirement and client money rules;

(2)Supervisor daily client funds segregation, daily / monthly reconciliation and daily / monthly FRR report;

(3)Prepare financial statements, management and regulatory FRR report;

(4)Handle annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report;

(5)Responsible for preparing various regular reports including daily and monthly financial analysis report and other ad hoc reports for management’s review in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;

(6)Liaising and maintaining good relations with external parties including bank, execution brokers, tax authorities, lawyers, auditors, SFC / HKEx and other regulatory bodies;

(7)Properly managing own funds and customer margin, increasing the rate of return on own funds;

(8)Perform ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

(1)Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or other business-related disciplined;

(2)Professional qualification in HKICPA or ACCA is preferred;

(3)3 years of experience in securities and futures accounting at a licensed institution (Type 1 and Type 2)

(4)Good knowledge in SFC / HKEx rules and regulations;

(5)Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;

(6)Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;

(7)Good numerical and problem-solving skills；

(8)Self-motivated, proactive, able to perform under pressure and work independently.
