F&B Marketing Executive (Part-time or Freelance)

Salary and terms are negotiable depending on experience and skill set.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the company's online social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, Wechat by formulating and executing promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and user engagement, including put together image posts, video posts, reels, stories etc, planning boosting strategies, selecting and working together with KOC/KOLs.
2. Plan and execute online campaigns, such as themed challenges, interactive games, or holiday specials, to attract more target audiences and boost customers’ loyalty.
3. Regularly analyze the performance data of various social media platforms, adjusting strategies based on traffic, conversion rates, and user feedback to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant academic background, such as marketing, multimedia design, or advertising and communication, is preferred but not essential.
2. Interest and passion in F&B industry. Responsible character and with integrity is essential.
3. Familiarity with the operational rules and user behavior of major social platforms, with hands-on experience being a plus.
4. Proficiency in basic photo and video editing skills and familiarity with software such as Photoshop, Adobde Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools will be advantageous.
5. Highly creative, with the ability to quickly capture market trends and incorporate brand concepts into engaging content.
6. A proactive work attitude, strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure in a multitasking environment.
