With our continuous efforts in improving our products and services creatively and to world class standard, Turkish Cargo now invites you to join this global family of Hong Kong Regional Cargo Directorate Team. We are keen to look for dynamic and energetic individuals for the position of Executive Assistant to Vice President

Responsibilities

  • Process and report on office expenses
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Make travel arrangements for Vice President
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Coordinate press release & maintain communication with printed media
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Requirements

  • Degree holder in university for business and related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese & Mandarin.
  • Able to work flexibly in a dynamic and diverse environment, works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
