Job Description

Assists in business management, keeps track of the fast pace and complex communications, consolidates follow-up with concerned parties;

Coordinate, supplement, and enable staff and managers under direct management of the CEO

Reviews, summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information into a concise and usable format, and present to the CEO for consideration;

Participate meetings and other duties out of the office occasionally, and other ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:

Degree holder
-
Min 5 years of relevant working experience
-
Experience in policy / system formulation & implementation and/or project management would be an advantage
-
Well organized, multi-tasking with priorities, critical thinking, problem solver, proactive, committed to high quality of work

Active listening, and competent in English and Chinese
-
Compute literature, including Chinese typing
