Engineering Assistant / Assistant Engineer – Electrical / MVAC

With our professional team, LEMON formulates and performs all-in-one holistic revitalisation projects from the beginning of planning, design, licensing, construction, and management to subsequent maintenance. As of now, LEMON has revitalised more than 30 shopping centres and markets, with 2,000,000 sq. ft. in total, maximizing I.F.A of each venue.

Responsibilities

• To assist tender and quotation preparation.
• To assist project coordination.
• To assist drawings preparation.
• To be responsible to superior for works as directed.
• Coordinate, monitor and execute the E&M installation for A&A Works.
• Responsible for conducting submissions, site supervision and inspection.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors or related parties to ensure the smooth daily project implementation.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Electrical/ MVAC installation;
• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/ Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in design of electrical and mechanical installation
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Less experienced candidate will be considered
