Engineer (HVAC / Electrical / Building Services)

Responsibilities:

∙ Responsible for HVAC / Electrical / Building Services system design, calculations, reports, specifications, authority submission, etc.

∙ To attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects

∙ Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers for execution of the building services work

∙ Monitor the work schedule, progress and quality control of the projects

Requirements:

∙ Degree holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

∙ Minimum 4 years’ working experience in design of HVAC / Electrical / Building Services system

∙ Experience from consultancy firm is highly preferred

∙ Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to utilities and relevant authorities

∙ Knowledge in Autodesk Revit will be an advantage

∙ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

∙ Able to work independently
