Ecommerce Executive (Operation)

Jobs Description:

• Responsible for daily ecommerce operations include but not limited to create product listings, prepare order reports, monitor inventory levels, packing & relabeling, etc
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints
• Support and handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Over 1 year's relevant experience preferably in E-commerce and Online Sales Marketing
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Organized and detail-minded, proactive and result-oriented
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Immediate Availability is highly preferred
