E-commerce Sales/Senior Sales (Second hand luxury Bag Industry)

- Provide professional sales services for luxury goods, recommending suitable products based on customers’ needs

- Build and maintain good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

- Assist in daily store operations, including product display and inventory management

- Provide product knowledge about luxury goods and address customer inquiries

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to improving store performance

-Must have knowledge about luxury goods

-Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience in luxury industry

-Familiar with using e-commerce platform , e.g Shopify

- 為顧客提供專業的奢侈品銷售服務，根據顧客需求推薦適合的產品

- 建立和維護良好的客戶關係，提升顧客滿意度

- 協助店鋪日常運營，包括商品陳列、庫存管理等

- 為顧客提供奢侈品的產品知識，解答相關問題

- 達成銷售目標，並協助提升店鋪業績

-至少擁有1年相關經驗，必須對奢侈品品牌手袋有熟悉認識

-熟悉使用網店平台後台，eg. Shopify
