We are a leading US-based e-commerce company specializing in mobile and electronic accessories, proudly developing and selling our own branded products. With a dedicated team of over 70 professionals and a growing office in Hong Kong, we deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance everyday digital lifestyles.
As we accelerate global expansion, we seek a motivated sales leader to join our Hong Kong team and own revenue growth on Amazon. This is a high-impact role where sales results come first—you’ll drive strategy, execution, and P&L accountability to scale our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon sales growth: Hit and exceed revenue targets through aggressive listing optimization, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and promotion execution.
- Lead end-to-end Amazon operations: A+ content, SEO, PPC/DSP campaigns, storefront management, and conversion rate optimization.
- Design and launch ROI-focused promotional campaigns (deals, coupons, Prime-exclusive) to spike sales velocity.
- Conduct rapid market & competitor analysis to identify pricing gaps, trend opportunities, and customer demand signals.
- Forecast inventory with precision to prevent stockouts and overstock—directly tied to profit margins.
- Collaborate with US/HK teams on product launches and performance reviews; mentor juniors on execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience on managing Amazon sales & operations (team leadership strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of sales growth on Amazon (FBA, SEO, PPC).
- Mastery of Amazon analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Seller Central reports).
- Strong data-driven decision-making: Excel, pricing models, ROI calculations.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
- Cross-border marketplace experience (Walmart, eBay, Shopify) is a plus.
- Results-obsessed, proactive, and thrives under sales pressure.
