Director of Clinic Operations

We intend to bring in a dedicated and passionate Director of Clinic Operations.  The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, efficiency, and strategic development of clinic operations. This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and compliance with industry regulations, while driving initiatives to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction.  The ideal candidates will be highly motivated to contribute to the health and wellness industry.  You will grow along with Virtus in our expansion from Hong Kong to Asia Pacific.

Principal Activities: 

• Lead and manage clinics’ performance and operations including but not limited to staffing, budget planning and resource allocation.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, patient experience and service efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with internal customers including doctors, nurses, paramedical staff and back-office staff to improve clinical outcomes and operational effectiveness.

• Monitor performance metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

• Oversee annual budget, cost control and revenue optimization.

• Foster a culture of compassion, confidence and commitment, as well as teamwork and professional development among frontline staff.

• Identify technology solutions to enhance clinic operations.

• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration or healthcare related disciplines.

• Proven experience in healthcare or clinic operations with leadership expertise.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance and industry best practices.

• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Strong financial and business acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.

• Well-organized, detail-minded, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.

• Proficient PC skills of healthcare related software, MS office and Chinese word processor.
