Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role
As our marketing expert, you’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, driving affiliate marketing initiatives, and crafting product descriptions that captivate customers.

What you'll be doing

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage and expand affiliate marketing partnerships to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Write engaging product descriptions that highlight features and appeal to our audience.
• Use data analytics to track performance and refine strategies for better results.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure marketing assets align with brand aesthetics.
• Photoshop skills—being able to edit and create eye-catching visuals is a plus

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Ads management as well as Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and how to drive partnerships.
• Strong writing skills—especially in crafting compelling product descriptions.
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of industry trends.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Dutch and/or French is a great advantage.
• Experience with Photoshop is an advantage.
