DevOps Engineer (Trading Systems)

We’re a crypto-native builder team operating live DeFi products and delta-neutral trading strategies on Arbitrum, Solana, and centralized exchanges. Our systems manage real-time trading, data ingestion, portfolio tracking, and smart contract strategies across multiple environments. We’re now looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infra, observability, and deployment pipelines — keeping our edge sharp, fast, and reliable.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Railway, EC2, Docker, Secrets Manager)

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, TS-based services)

• Improve observability: logs (Elasticsearch), metrics (Grafana, Prometheus), alerting (Loki, Telegram bots)

• Monitor and optimize execution & latency-sensitive workloads (execution logs, API delays, webhook reliability)

• Ensure infrastructure security, role-based access control, and secret rotation

• Help manage RPC endpoints, backup strategies, cron jobs, and configs management
• Automate deploys for backend services, bots, and internal tools (e.g. Notion dashboards, Telegram alerting)
• Collaborate with the data and backend team to maintain system health, resilience, and scalability

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 1+ years DevOps or backend infrastructure experience
• Strong knowledge of Docker, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
• Experience with AWS (EC2, Secrets Manager, IAM), Railway, or equivalent cloud services
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (Elastic, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus)
• Experience with PostgreSQL or TimescaleDB, and log-based event systems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, async-first, crypto-native team
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in crypto or DeFi infra (EVM/Solana RPC nodes, CEX/DEX data, bots)

• Kubernetes / Terraform exposure
• Security best practices (RBAC, key management, secret scanning)
• Familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js environments
